What can I say? Dr. Mark Forman and his team are AWESOME! I had plantar fasciitis for two years. Yes - two long years. Cortizone shots would help for about two weeks and then it would come back. This last time it came back with a vengeance.It had become so bad that it was affecting my everyday life. I am very active, so even just trying to walk was a challenge. Dr. Forman suggested radial wave therapy. Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but it has made a major difference within two days of the first treatment. Now I am back to walking several miles a day and play playing Pickleball.

Dr. Forman used laser treatment for my plantar fasciitis and removed the ingrown nail with minimal discomfort. I was amazed at how smooth and virtually pain-free the entire process was. The results have been fantastic. I’m finally walking without pain again!

Dr. Forman performed surgery to straighten 2 crooked toes caused by a bunion. Surgery was performed in his office under a local. I'm now 4 weeks post-op and couldn't be happier! it was minimally invasive surgery and an easy recovery. Dr. Forman and his entire staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so lucky to have found them. I would highly recommend them for any and all foot related problems. They are the BEST!!

He graduated from one of the top schools in podiatry and furthered his education by taking addition training in the latest advances. Dr. Forman is cutting edge. Dr. Forman saved me much pain and headache. I consider him to be one of the best doctors out there!

It’s been about a month or so since my appointment with Doctor Forman. I have been struggling with foot pain for many years now and have not found a doctor that was able to help. Dr Forman did some tests, took X-rays and did bloodwork. He confirmed Neuropathy and recommended a supplement and topical cream.After using the products now for over 3 weeks, I can honestly say my pain is down considerably. I can walk again pushing my granddaughter’s stroller and take walks with my wife again.Thank you Dr Forman for helping!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Forman’s practice enough. There is a high-level of care and commitment that is essentially unprecedented in these modern times. As a physician myself I am probably more discerning than most. I can honestly say that you cannot go wrong with this practice for all of your podiatric needs.

Dr Forman is amazing! I went there a few years ago the first time because an orthopedic wanted to do surgery on my foot. He took his own X-rays and found all I needed was PT to handle the situation. He was 100% right! 6 weeks later I was back to full strength playing ice hockey and snow skiing with no pain. The girls at the office are always super friendly and helpful too!

Very, very prompt & organized. I never sat down. Dr. Forman is both professional, personable, & interested in the patient. His staff are friendly & professional as well & clearly very efficient, prepared & supportive. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

I met Dr Forman in 2016. We discussed the multiple injuries to my ankle and he suggested a treatment. Instead of pursuing that, I went to 2 other Doctors for the next 5 years. Much to my regret, I wish I had stayed with Dr Forman. We are in the process of that treatment he suggested 5 years ago. In the interim, "no" other treatment option was ever offered by the other 2 Doctors. He listens to his patient, is caring and offers his expertise. I'm glad to be back.

I've been going to Dr. Foreman for years of running injuries and he always gets me fixed up and back being active.

I had an ingrown toenail that had been bothering me off and on for years. Put Your Feet First was able to schedule me in immediately and same day they performed a procedure so it won’t grow back again. I couldn’t feel a thing during the process which was quick and efficient and even now I can hardly feel a thing the next day after everything has worn off. Having the ingrown toenail hurt immeasurably worse than the procedure. Genuinely I have no pain today! Thank you so much for your amazing skills.

I was told that I needed surgery by another doctor so came to Dr. Forman for a second opinion. He did a full analysis with xrays of both of my feet and ankles so he could compare both sides and told me that he did not believe surgery would solve my problem. He was very thorough and let me ask a lot of questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all and I could tell that he and his staff genuinely cared about making sure that I felt 100% comfortable with everything. I’m very active with hockey, skiing, mountain biking and workouts so the any alternative to surgery is worth a try. The solution is therapy, orthotics, different shoes to work out in and some topical medication to help with swelling and pain. I’m so happy I was referred to this organization for a second opinion. I really feel this is the right approach and appreciate Dr. Forman’s expertise and advice. Thank you so much!!!!

Great Experience from Beginning to End! The office staff and Dr were all amazing. I completely appreciated how the front desk staff took the time when I called to make sure that they took my insurance so that there would be no surprises when I came in for my appointment. Who wants to deal with that when you are already there? When I went in for my appointment the front office staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease. Such a nice change from when I have gone to other Dr's offices and the front staff barely looks at you when you come in. The Dr's assistant and Dr Forman were so nice and caring and took the time to explain what they were doing and how they were going to fix my issue. My feet are happy again! The overall experience has been wonderful.

Dr. Forman and staff are great! Always so nice and professional. After getting orthotics, and a couple of quick appts for adjustments, my feet feel better than they have in a long time! Finally back to longer walks and a bit of hiking!!
