Dr. Mark Forman is a highly experienced foot and ankle specialist who has been helping patients get back on their feet for more than 20 years. Since founding Put Your Feet First in 2005, Dr. Forman has earned a reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care, and was voted in a Phoenix Magazine “Top Doc” in both 2012 and 2016, a reflection of his peers’ confidence in his skills and dedication.
After completing his Doctorate at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he was a member of the prestigious Pi Mu Delta National Podiatry Honor Society, Dr. Forman began his career with a private practice in Port Washington, NY. He later brought his expertise to Arizona, serving as an associate physician at First Podiatry of Arizona before establishing his own thriving practice in Scottsdale.
Dr. Forman is board-certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Foot Wounds and is a proud fellow of both the American Professional Wound Care Association and the American Podiatric Medical Association. He is also an active member of several professional and leading organizations, including the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine and the American Association of Ambulatory Foot Surgery, reflecting his commitment to advanced, multidisciplinary care.
