Dr. Mark Forman, DPM, MBA, FAPWCA, is a leading podiatrist and the owner of Put Your Feet First in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Forman opened Put Your Feet First in 2005, and since then, his peers have twice voted him — in 2012 and 2016 — a Phoenix Magazine “Top Doc.”
Dr. Forman has been helping people in the Phoenix area get back on their feet since 2003 when he started a two-year stint as an associate physician at First Podiatry of Arizona. Before making Arizona his home and establishing Put Your Feet First, Dr. Forman owned a private practice in Port Washington, New York.
A graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he belonged to the Pi Mu Delta National Podiatry Honor Society, Dr. Forman has been practicing podiatry for more than twenty years. He is board certified with the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Foot Wounds, and a fellow of both the American Professional Wound Care Association and the American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Forman is dedicated to continuing his education and belongs to numerous professional organizations, including the American Podiatric Medical Association, American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, and the American Association of Ambulatory Foot Surgery.
