The Foot Roll: Take a golf ball (tennis balls and frozen water bottles work just as well) and roll it back and forth. Repeat 10 times.

Toe Extension: Stand with one foot flat and the other with the heel up, deepening the toes to the ground. Repeat 10 times.

Toe Curls: Stand with one foot flat on the floor and the other with the toes curled downward, heel up and lean forward. Repeat 10 times.
